How to Get Your New ATM/Debit Card
Whether your current ATM/Debit card is damaged, nearing expiry, or you've recently blocked a lost/stolen card, applying for a reissue is a simple process. Follow the steps below to obtain your new card:
- Visit Your Branch: Head to your nearest Harco Bank branch during working hours. Our staff will assist you with the application.
- Fill the Application Form: Request and duly fill out the "ATM/Debit Card Reissue Application Form." Ensure all details are accurate.
- Provide Necessary Documents: You may be asked for identity and address proof (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN Card). Bring originals for verification.
- Submit the Form: Hand over the completed form and documents to a bank official. They will process your request.
- Card Issuance: Your new ATM/Debit Card will be issued and dispatched to your registered address or made available for collection at the branch, as per bank policy.
Important Note: If you are applying for a
replacement card after reporting it lost or stolen, ensure
your previous card has been successfully blocked to prevent
any misuse.
