Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our M-Banking services.
Your Agreement to Our Terms
Welcome to Harco M-Banking. By accessing or using our mobile banking application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and application. The materials contained in this website and application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1. Definitions
- "Bank," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to The Haryana State Co-Operative Apex Bank Ltd.
- "M-Banking," "Application," "Service" refers to the Harco M-Banking mobile application and all banking services provided through it.
- "User," "You," "Your" refers to any person accessing or using the Harco M-Banking application.
- "Account" refers to any banking account held by the User with The Haryana State Co-Operative Apex Bank Ltd.
2. Eligibility
To use Harco M-Banking, you must be a registered customer of The Haryana State Co-Operative Apex Bank Ltd. with an active account, a valid mobile number registered with the Bank, and a compatible smartphone. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Use of Service
- You agree to use the M-Banking application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, MPIN, transaction passwords, and all other security information.
- You agree to notify the Bank immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- The Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the M-Banking service at any time without prior notice, especially in cases of suspected fraud or security breaches.
4. Fund Transfers & Payments
- All fund transfers (NEFT, IMPS) and bill payments initiated through the M-Banking app are subject to the respective terms and conditions of those services and applicable limits set by the Bank and regulatory bodies.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of recipient details for any transactions. The Bank will not be liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by you.
- Transaction limits may apply and are subject to change by the Bank.
5. Security
The Bank employs robust security measures, including encryption and multi-factor authentication, to protect your transactions and data. However, it is your responsibility to:
- Keep your mobile device secure.
- Not share your MPIN or passwords with anyone.
- Be wary of phishing attempts and suspicious links.
- Ensure your mobile operating system and the M-Banking app are updated to the latest versions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Harco M-Banking application, its content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Haryana State Co-Operative Apex Bank Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of The Haryana State Co-Operative Apex Bank Ltd.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Haryana State Co-Operative Apex Bank Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
